This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how payments, refunds, and cancellations are handled across our services.

By purchasing any UPALIGNN product or service, you agree to this policy.

1. Clarity Audit™ (₹499)

The Clarity Audit™ is a diagnostic and structured review of your business growth system.

Refund Policy for Clarity Audit™

• Once the audit has been delivered, it is non-refundable.

• If the audit has not yet been processed, cancellation may be requested within 12 hours of purchase.

• Refund eligibility is at UPALIGNN’s discretion prior to audit work beginning.

The Clarity Audit™ is a strategic intellectual service, not a physical product.

Once analysis work begins, refunds cannot be issued.

2. Growth Engines & Done-For-You Services

This includes:

• Local Growth Engine™

• Startup Launchpad™

• Scale System Pro™

• Automation & Infrastructure Projects

Advance Payments

Advance payments are:

• Required to initiate project work

• Allocated toward planning, strategy, and system design

Once project work begins, advance payments are non-refundable.

Cancellation by Client

If a client chooses to cancel:

• After work has started — payments made are non-refundable.

• Before work begins — refund eligibility will be evaluated based on resource allocation and planning completed.

If cancellation occurs mid-project:

• Work completed up to that point will be invoiced proportionately.

• Any pending balance remains payable.

3. Retainers & Ongoing Services

For monthly or milestone-based services:

• 30-day written notice is required for cancellation.

• Work completed within the notice period will be billed.

• No refunds for completed billing cycles.

4. No Performance-Based Refunds

UPALIGNN does not offer refunds based on:

• Revenue outcomes

• Lead volume

• Conversion rate expectations

• Market fluctuations Growth depends on implementation, market conditions, and internal execution.

We provide structure — not guarantees.

5. Delays Caused by Client

Refunds will not be issued if delays occur due to:

• Lack of client response • Missing required information

• Failure to approve deliverables

• Internal team delays on the client side

Projects may be paused if required inputs are not received.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases involving:

• Technical errors

• Duplicate payments

• Billing mistakes

Continued use of services indicates acceptance of updated terms.
